The website
The site describes the company and its work. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy the site for your own product, interfere with it, or present yourself as Question 42.
Bitkoinz
Bitkoinz products are sold on Amazon. Aro X and Future AI are listed on Amazon UK. Aro X is also listed in France, Spain, and Italy. Orders on Amazon UK are fulfilled by Amazon, with Prime delivery.
A purchase on Amazon is a contract on Amazon's terms and the product listing, not under these website terms. These terms do not replace your statutory rights as a consumer. Questions about an order go through Amazon. Questions about the brand can come to hello@question42.co.uk.
Bodfit and Hopni
Bodfit is a fitness and movement coach. It is live on the web at bodfit.expo.app and is coming to iOS and Android. Hopni is an intercity carpooling app for Bulgaria, in Bulgarian and English.
We provide the apps with reasonable care and skill. Features can change while the apps are in development. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully, to harm someone, or to disrupt the service. Where we can, we will tell you why.
How the apps handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at hello@question42.co.uk if you think someone else is using your account.
On Hopni, you are responsible for what you offer or ask for. If you drive, you are responsible for holding the licence and insurance the journey requires. Do not misuse another person's information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the apps to:
- break the law
- send malware or attempt to access data that is not yours
- harass, threaten, or mislead another person
- overload or disrupt the service
Intellectual property
The Question 42 name, this website, and the app software belong to QUESTION 42 LTD or its licensors. Bitkoinz, Aro X, and Future AI are names used by the company for its consumer products. Product photographs on this site show Bitkoinz products.
You keep the rights in the text you submit to the apps, such as a check-in or a ride note. You give us permission to use that text to operate the service, including sending a Bodfit check-in to the model provider that writes the session, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit or exclude. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The website is information about the company. We take care with it. We do not promise that every page is free of error, or that the site is always available.
We are not liable for loss that is not a foreseeable result of breaking these terms, or for business losses (such as lost profit or lost contracts) from use of an app aimed at personal use.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in, where consumer law gives you that right.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the site or the apps after that, the updated terms apply to that later use. They do not change a purchase you have already made on Amazon.
