Bodfit is operated by QUESTION 42 LTD.
In the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data immediately. That includes your profile, check-ins, workout sessions and history, health and cycle data, equipment photos and inventory, saved places, social posts, and push tokens.
Nothing is retained, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Anything we must keep is kept no longer than needed.
You can export your data from Settings before you delete the account.
Without the app
If you cannot open the app, email privacy@question42.co.uk from the email address on the account. Use the subject "Delete my Bodfit account".
We verify that the message comes from that account, and we delete it within 30 days.
